Tick tick tock...
What a wonderful way to spend a Sun AM...literally only a few things I could think of that would rival it. I don’t vomit poetic just for sake of it like some. Mooty is a great host and friend.

Three Wheelin'
nohting, and i mean NOTHING is more satisfying mentally and physically than going out for a 2,3,4 hour hard ride, doing intervals with pals, hammering around, testing yourself physically up climbs, up rises, across the flats, and bombing down or across sections like you're in a 911 cup car... getting to your car or home and being toasted. shower, color in your cheeks and your day just started. nothing better.
if i didnt have my bike in my life,...i just cant think that way. biking is life! the cars when you're whompin having that same feeling other than its not cardio , doesnt demand nearly as much of the heart an dlungs, and the volume isnt enough. you spend an entire day at a pca event, you might get 60minutes of track time in an 8 hour day.
cycling is efficient. 3 hours on the bike 3 hours of effort, 3 hours of fun...unless you flat or ride with frederick who flats a lot.

Wow, great numbers. I like your taste in bike stands (happen to have the exact same one). Kudos!
