Mooty, Can I play with old car pictures? I just picked up my 240Z after 2 years and a 100% nut & bolt restoration...100 mile drive and I did not break down! wow!!
I know I'm way behind, but wow... Beautiful 240Z Igooz... I had a '72 when I was in high school and college. I still remember scrambling around every winter to secure a car to drive. My mom has the only pic of the car that I know of. I really need to get that from her and scan it. Do you have the wooden steering wheel on yours Igooz?

In Majorca for a few days and got in a good ride. The roads here are fantastic and I have never seen so many cyclists out. Ride covered Sa Colabra and the Cap de Foremtor Lightouse (90 miles/10k climbing). I definitely recommend this if you make it out to the island! These roads would be great for driving as well....if there were not so many cyclists

Sa Colabra

2 way road!

Amazing pictures! What a ride! Thank you for sharing.

Been wanting to go ever since I saw the Henry Catchpole EVO vid on those exact roads. Catchpole, of course. being a cycling journalist also, found the road via bike.

The combination of that car and that road (which I Googled, by the way) makes my heart ache. Must have been a sublime drive.

yes, all wood, all modded and 100% restored. Something cool about these cars that’s also awesome.

Must be like a time machine having one in like-new condition. I see various examples at Road America vintage race events. I would love to have a clean road going sample some day. Of course to completely relive my youth I'd have to find a 2L bottle of Sun Country wine cooler to put in cubby behind the passenger seat.

burren: that looks like a great outing
JJ: Mallorca... envy!!!
igooz: serious gems (240z, E30m3...)

well today against medical advice I decided to go do a long ride.
not bad, just slow.
then since I wasted most of the day, I decided to waste it with conviction so .... 136 miles on CGT

started at 5:50 or so to beat the heat

well so much for heat...

freaking cold

stopped for hot coco

lunch

followed with drink

and snack

damn, I got a tattoo

tired... so energy drink and I think those health biscuits are referred to as OREO's in this country

since I already wasted most of my day... might as well continue.

Nice pics mooty. Spent my evening trying to help the next generation. Think it worked out ok. I should be through break in tomorrow or over weekend. Any vehicle that does not make it 200k is a failure in my book so that is my bogey. Had one that was near 500k. 300k would be fine on the GT3.
