100%. Could not agree any more.

Anything else is what GT3 was meant for.

I want RS for 100% track focus.

Lesson from Diesel Gate. The biggest problem is not in making the mistake its in the cover up.

Intentionally programming software in diesel engine cars to evade emissions tests is way beyond a "mistake." The impact so far is $30 billion and counting.

Indeed. And they pass as much of the pain as possible onto the dealers. These guys have been going through a very tough period since that all came out.

sorry, I wasn’t clear. VW skipped the “mistake” part and went right to “cover up”. Lol.

14/15.Februar will be published official facts / the presentation / deleting of the press blackout (miss correct words. u english speakers know what i mean )

some say after factory holidays already start with 992.
some say 991.2 GT3RS will also be available with particle filter after 01.Sept.

in both statements i don´t believe in.

when will be presentation of 992? IAA Frankfurt is this year for utility vehicle (trucks and stuff)

where could be space at a 991 for such an exhaust-bomb - in terms of size?

as said - BMW gone with the cardan shaft from carbon to metal - based on packaging / space issues as soon equipping the current M3´s with a particle filter. if i imagine this on 991... tough....

Class action lawsuit produced a huge factory payout to dealers, and I've not met one who were displeased by the size of the check. Year 2017 marked the most profitable year for most (if not all) VW dealers in the U.S.

In the US, yes. Definitely not in Europe.

Few weeks I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of the new .2 GT3 RS...

The first vehicle was painted black and second bright green (like yellowgreen) with black rims with outer ring in green.

I´m looking forward to the presentation in Geneva.

I saw it while my factory tour and wasn´t allowed to take pictures...
We was only allowed to see the first production stations...but outside at the end two new 2.GT3 RS came out of the factory.
No camo - complete production finished!
They drove it very fast on a closed transport and brought them abroad.
