Now, that would be awesome! The GT2 RS needs to be the standout of the GT range. It needs to be more than just gobs of power in a GT3 RS platform.

Agree, expecting a turbo charged RS.

Will be to hard to move the engine in this platform. 992will be "mid engined"

No it doesn't.
I'm really looking forward to the GT2 RS in the 991 platform. As great as the 997 was to the 3 RS the 991 will be absolutely amazing to the 2 RS.

Gt2rs hooked up to PDK in 991 chassi is the total package. Can't wait to drive it, the only ???? mark is what it will sound like?

Indeed. I'm so in for one or two of these.

Sound? I'm not worried, to be honest. Turbo cars are sounding better and better these days (my 675LT sounds fantastic).

I think my purple car would be great with only a couple of turbo's and pipes..
Nothing else needed, except Clubsport package in a box.

even though I won't be blessed to get one of these i am sure...just as a fan can't wait to see this on the road being enjoyed at some point in the future hopefully living up to the legend...

I asked about putting a deposit down on one at Tysons and they pretty much laughed. They didn't even want to talk about it claiming the 918 owners will scoop them all up and that it's not even worth it. I want to put a deposit down unless it's a fools errand. Any advice?
