Having moved from a 2-car to 9-car garage, and with cold weather having arrived, I've discovered that heaters in the garage are a must in a large garage. I set the thermostats at 58 F.

You do realize this is a construction site of a home depot site right? It's not someone's garage.

Interesting, there is one of these being built in my town but they are all individual garages and sizes depending on how many toys you own. Cool concept.

Future site of Drivers Club Seattle (Redmond). Look it up. Pretty cool idea and the guy behind it is pretty solid.

Similar concept going up here in Jacksonville FL.

i bought a 30x55 unit. Should be ready for closing end of February. These are pics from a few weeks ago.

Scottsdale is an existing building and construction has commenced on a large TI package. We would be happy to give you a tour since you are local.
