There will be an in-ground flush mounted scissor lift (Bendpak SP7X) underneath the Mezz level for wheels off work that will be accessible through the side door. The main area is designed for 2 Bendpak 4-posts. Front door is 18x10 and the clear height is plenty to stack 2 of pretty much anything. Upstairs will have 3/4 bath and wet bar/small kitchen along with seating, games, TV, etc. Would love input/ideas from others who have been through this before!

Nice plans, Not sure what you are doing for compressed air, but an enclosed compressor room is nice to keep the noise down, if you use air a lot. A door system, that I have on one of my hangers and one I will be using on my new summer home is from Schweiss, a hydraulic swing out. I know some folks have had trouble with the HOA etc getting them approved. I like them as the leave the inside fully clean and provide a nice big awning when open. The power pack can be placed just about anywhere

Hey Randy, good to hear from you and thanks for the compliment. I sure hope to take the cgt to Eureka this year. I didn't get to go at all last year and missed it a lot!

Brian:
Nice wall filler for those big open areas in your wall are action photos blown up and placed on canvas. Here are some pics from Hagerty Silver Summit vintage car rally in Colorado that I had blown up (3x4 & 6x4) to put on the hangar wall.

Garage addition is almost done! Just a few details need to get finished and pics/memorabilia hung etc.

Here are a few pics when I put some of my cars in last night. Need to get the others out of storage.

Watched "Rush" in the theatre last night after the games. Can't wait for F1 season in my garage.

fastmd, looking great and coming together nicely! Well done.

OT Question: I see the MT plate, and I think that I know why. Can you point me to a good place for business registration or an attorney.... I have gone down down from 40 cars and I am hovering at 12 now and creeping up as I am also starting my "big" shop project and will have room.
(PS: For the longest time I kept an investment home in OR with no sales tax/minimum registration fees/etc. But after 10+ years and 1 speeding ticket I had to clean up my situation, enough on that).

Fastmd - looking excellent.

Mind sharing your tile

I am still waiting for stone top and bottom - my dog is starting to think it's for her.
