How much can GT3's be lowered? Wheels off process?

It's less than 1/2," but it's noticeable. Wheels have to come off. I'll make a video.

Hi Matt,
I am about to order the set of 3 wheel woolies. Does the 2" or 3" fit between the wheel barrel and rotors? Does the 2" fit between the caliper and wheel barrel? From your product listing description, sounded like these no longer fit the massive brake system. Wonder if you have an alternate recommendation for the barrels. Thanks.
