This wing, no matter how functionally improved it may be on paper, looks odd in appearance and weird in placement.
That 4.0 soundtrack still works!

can tell in the shifting when he takes off. btw I think this looks a s* ton better than the 991.2.

Still I prefer the wider Turbo body.

I trust it will be awesome, different and outperform its predecessor. Otherwise there is no point releasing a new version. Whether it is appealing to someone will always be a personal perspective.

I hope when it is finally revealed to include all it will be and what it can do that it is considered not just a step but a leap. IMHO, the further it can distinguish itself from the 991 the better. Each generation can stand alone for what it represented at that moment in time. The 991 generation will be appealing for certain groups, and not just based on price but more so on personal perspective and preference.

I love the little mini-duckbill spoiler... which the 992 touring mule does not to have. If we find out these wing uprights on the GT3 are removable like on the 991.2 rs, then the cool combo may become a dewinged-wingy GT3 which will look like a Touring but with a small duckbill spoiler.

Fingers crossed... also, how do you like my photo choppy skillz?

The things I was concerned about, the god awful 992 rear, along with the potential for spoiler lols seem to work to a degree. And yet in the end they decided to include the worst hood in the history of Porsche? And does any of that matter when you hear the car pull away? The tone of it actually sounds better than the existing 4.0. This company knows how to run people.

Agree, the rear looks fine now. I think, if they change the front plastic hood scoops to carbon fiber or are able to color match it with the rest of the hood seamlessly, this will be fine as well. The only question is the interior now.

Judging by the size are you sure it's not a Taycan?
