Gt3 allocations
Are there any allocations left for a gt3? Will they build them in 2019? I am Talking to a California dealership salesman and he is telling me the allocation is mine but waiting on porsche to give him the build date?

I don’t believe you can have an allocation without a build date. Ask him if he has a commission number. Additionally, at this point there are very few gt3 allocations left and the belief is that they will not produce them in 2019

Oh, my.
George, here's a link that should help you, particularly the first post.: https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...ing-guide.html
At the very least you should be at V070, which means that the dealer has submitted your order to Porsche. Note that this DOES NOT mean you have an allocation, only that your dealer has sincerely requested for one.
At V200, you now have a delivery date planned, a commission number, AND an allocation. Your SA should also be able to show you a screenshot similar to that first post on the link. The dealer may be hoping for an allocation, may be expecting an allocation, may even have been promised an allocation, but anything short of the V200 status and commission number means you do NOT have an allocation from PAG
AFAIK, no more GT3's will be built in 2019, and, again AFAIK, all the allocations have been given out.

if I go with buckets will I hate it ? I found one with perfect specs except for the seats. I am not using it for track. Just tooling around for fun. I know there are several threads on this and it’s mixed. Oh well, world class problems!
