Be on the lookout for a GT3RS with 'SCAMD' or something similar as a vanity plate - lol.
It's more a question of have the actual victims been given their money back or something financially equivalent? Not really wondering how Champion structured it on their end, but rather clarification if the victims have been made "whole" and to give opportunity to someone to say that they haven't or know someone who hasn't.

Rationally you would assume they will make statements showcasing that victims will be made whole to some extent. But the reports are not all the same and the statements by their counsel are on behalf of themselves (the dealership), I did not see any affirmation from the actual victims. Shelling out $2.5 Million in cash, especially during an ongoing investigation, seems unlikely. But again, this posting should serve as an opportunity for a victim to confirm that they have or have NOT been made whole and allow for clarification.

What choice do they have? He was representing them and employed by them as a VP.

If they weren't, we'd be hearing about it trust me.

Shiraaz's old plate from his Bentley or Lamborghini. Yes, he drove exotic cars to work all the time. Like nobody knew he was up to shady stuff and others weren't in on it?? Yeah right ...

Check the date of that article. Again, this is a statement by the dealer that can be interpretted in many ways and it's effect was clearly for media reassurance. That is not an affirmation nor a confirmation from the victims.

If you never want to get screwed, use an auto broker. Way cheaper too.

LOL ... many of those who got screwed here did use a broker! A few well known ones were funneling buyers to Shiraaz.

I was a victim to this. I started this thread originally trying to find other victims in some discret way, hoping to learn more. I made a deposit in early January 2018. I never in a million years thought this could happen to me. When I first learned I was scammed, sure I was furious. If I’m Champion, what do you do? I still think they should have informed us more frequently, because we all knew the clock was ticking....we’re going to loose the window on an allocation. Roy Diaz was honest with me. He told me from the 1sr call, Champion wants to make this right, they’re just not sure how yet. I can’t speak for everyone, only me. I’ve talked with other victims and not all are happy with the result. I can only report my perspective. I’m happy with my result. I waited longer, they honored my deposit, I Took delivery in late January 2019. The replacement salesman treated me incredible. Their parts guy has been awesome. I have nothing to gain at this point, only to share my experience. I think in the end Champion did step up...at least for me. I hope everyone eventually gets resolve to this.
I hope Shiraaz burns for what he’s done. I have zero sympathy for him.
