Anyone else in a US carb state get a touring yet? Dealer and PCNA are both telling me no CARB approval for touring.

Chris's white one above is in California, so I can't imagine the approval hasn't already been received. No way they'd deliver a car out here in the Republik without it.

I know but both dealer and PCNA are saying and showing no CARB approval and it is not on the CARB website.

Weird, I was told another touring was delivered in Southern California.

100% not CARB approved. PCNA told me my car was going to sit at port and to pound sand and wait for my original delivery date.

Totally agree! With the wing to hide that boring *** grill cover, just get a C4S

Thank you, and it looks so much better in person. What part of the hardware on the LWB's looks better? I agree about the wart not being on the roof, and have to say I haven't really paid much attention to it on the rear deck...so many other, better things to focus on...

Keep in mind that I bet the demand for the GT3 is higher than ever now because it is the last naturally aspirated 911 Porsche makes. So many are in the GT3T market coming from a NA Carrera and likely prefer the classic 911 lines.... I'm with you that a GT3 should have a wing but I also completely understand the allure of the touring pack

Different strokes for different folks, that is the MO of Porsche with the infinite number of configurations up and down the 911 range

Chris, happy with the standard interior? Even paying attention to it? Driving impressions???? How is the suspension, driving around the Bay Area with the car? Use the FAL yet?

My SA says Porsche will fix the screwup, but only if I let the dealer replace them. I wanted to get the chrome letters and just keep them if I ever decide to change them. I actually prefer them in Black and feel it works. Plus I sort of like that it may be the only one like it.

Interesting. Hard to avoid black trim, engrained in our psyche. I bet the PTS builds will be include more of the bright standard trim.

They should just order you the letters, should have nothing to do with them doing it or not.

Just have them order it. When they call you tell the you will pick it up because you are having PPF put on whole car.

If I were in your shoes, I would say 'fine, send the dealer the letters'. Then when they arrived I would go to the dealer and say, give me the letters. You screwed up, I don't want stuff being pulled on and off my brand new car but I deserve to have them in case I ever sell the car. Period. I would simply demand they give them to me.

+1 100%.
Chris88 why should you be asked to compromise because they screwed up?? Still cool that it's a 1 of 1 because they screwed up.
