I do need some help in figuring out my ED schedule given the delivery schedule posted above. (Is it more appropriate to start another thread?). Appreciate anyone chiming in so I can better assess when to plan my trip.

Ditto. You did very well. ADM are on average $35k to 50k. Actual cars are listed at $300k.
What do do they say about history?

Willingly gouged with a smile. LOL. It is what it is being the first time with no relationships to any dealerships. So I understand the market and demand.

Looking at it as an invest to sane my mine with lots of driving experience and smiles... at least that’s how I am brainwashing myself.

Don't feel bad. Similar to you (no previous relations) and I paid $25k ADM as well for my .2 3RS which delivers in January. Luckily, I got to pick everything as well (bloated spec).
Just to add two cents this is also my first brand new P car much less GT. My 3RS arrives February and I also paid 25 over and felt very fortunate. (They originally offered me the allocation at 35 and I countered at 25.) After the last few posts I feel quite validated with 25 over. Mine is also V200 with WP.
Refreshing to hear that some of you are first time GT car like me. But also amazing seeing the stable that others have. Def all car nuts here.
Mine is at v250. Everything was locked down since July 10th.
i originally started out spec’ing a Carrera GTS, then a Targa, then a GT3 after learning on the NA 4.0 and MT. But quickly noticing that there were no GT3’s on the lots and no allocation. Had to learn what ADM is and R vs GT3T, but got to laugh at PP+E as well as the flipper mooty saying goodbye to his MB GT3. All in good spirit! All in all, it has been a fun process so far and I haven’t even finalize the payment with my dealer yet.
Lots of ED stuff, def salivating over the shared experiences. Even the luggage write up was an interesting read.
Already got the CL tool from Ed. Next, gotta get the LWB paddings.

i don’t have a list on who paid what ADM. I have been told by my dealer and others what the ADMs are in most cases. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it...since I believe it came from reliable sources.

Because of and on light of all the “hype” I think we can agree he did pretty good.

Dealerships are the last people that I would take at their word about excessive premiums. Dealers/flippers want the public to believe the hype. With PAG building several GT cars, and the price of free money climbing to 4% and maybe higher, premiums should be coming down. Premiums were nuts on the .1 RS as the .2 RS seems to be a lot lower. These are great toys, but premiums are nothing more than burning stacks of Ben Franklins

I burned enough Ben Franklins last time. Never again. Agreed all the hype is STUPID and can make you do stupid stuff.
My dealer doesnt sell with ADM. They just gave me the info on the adm market which seems about right.

25k over for no relationship is good. I got mine for MSRP from my closest local dealer (not the one I usually buy from in chicagoland) who had my deposit for 1.5 yrs, and I traded in a .2 GT3 for 15k less than wholesale, so a 15k ADM in effect.
The Jasper Arrow has just departed for San Diego and Benicia. The Cassiopeia Leader heading for San Diego only is still loading. Now I've got to find out that I'm on the Jasper - please, please, please!!

Just heard from the GM that my car did not make it on the boat and it's still showing leave Emden 8/31. But there appears to be no boats scheduled to go to Benicia - is there another schedule that I'm missing?
