Haha I think I know which cars you are talking about. There is this Manual Chalk non-CPO used with MSRP 173k. The dealer mercifully offered me 10k off their asking price, which is 189k

Stevens Creek has a sick GT3T in Lava orange which has a bit of a weird history but only 35 miles.... Stunning car.

I was offered a new PTS 2019 GT3 at MSRP and a pre-owned 2018 PTS GT3 at $11k under MSRP.
There are deals out there.

Porsche of Annapolis lists a 2019 GT3RS with a couple hundred miles for $240K, and they have that car listed on their web site as a "special"

Pre-owned Birch Green GT3 is at Beachwood. MSRP of $201k. Asking $189,999. Has over $10k in CXX options, including pepita seat inserts.
If you run the VIN, it is not accurate - the decoders do not account for CXX options. The window sticker shows the correct $201,165.
I know - that's GT3RS money!
First owner was a VIP with many, many PTS cars.

Anyone else seeing similiar? What gives?
Dealers can't advertise their new cars for over MSRP so they have to take them off of the site, and if they do, people won't know they have the car, then the car sits, unless it is a model in very high demand. The RS and winged GT3's (even the manual) are no longer in such demand. So I predict these cars will sit until dealers are willing to take MSRP and once they do, they will show up on the Internet and then they will be sold quickly. Those who are holding out will hold onto the remaining and eventually get them sold by NEXT YEAR, but they'll probably be able to get MSRP for the cars as there'll always be new buyer coming into the market looking for GT3/RS's. If I were a dealer (I was 25 years ago), I'd rather sell now at MSRP than pay flooring interest which could be as much as $1K a month on an RS.

Just want to say I love this forum, without threads like this, we'll all end up paying at least $10K to $20K on these GT cars. Information is GOLD.

Porsche of Greenville just got in a chalk RS with 108 miles. CPO priced at $239,996. MSRP of $204,410. Yeah, I know, but don't shoot the messenger. Just passing on a lead if anyone is interested.
