Hello everyone....just picked up a new Cayman S last week, Sapphire Blue, the car is absolutely amazing, I can't get 2k miles on it fast enough! Never thought I would have/want a Porsche, always been a Rotary nut, had 1st Gen RX-7 and then a RX-8 for the past 10 years. Rebuilt the motor on the 8 and it mysteriously did not work after I saw how sexy the new Cayman looked! In all seriousness, loved the 8 for the neutral handling characteristics and rev happy engine, thinking the Cayman will give me the same and more. I used to run AutoX and HPDE events with the 8 regularly and can't wait to get this car out there. Will be at Watkins Glen end of September with NASA for HPDE in case anyone is there, plan on doing an AutoX the week before in Hershey to learn the limits of this new toy Any advice on AutoX/HPDE is more than welcome...will likely not change a thing this year, but next year I am open to a few mods.

Here are some photos, enjoy!

Sweet ride and I personally really like the picture of the Porsche badge on the wet hood. Really nice pic.

Thanks all for the great comments, I'm really enjoying the car, 1400 miles so far, this break in period is KILLING me! Anyway, here some interior shots as well as one after her first wash. I got the 3M on the front, can't tell unless you look real close, but should save on the rack/salt chips. By far my favorite view of the car is from the driver's seat, all black interior, but seeing that blue shine in from the mirrors and the front arches...so sweet!

Thanks! The rev-match function with the 6-speed and Sport-Chrono is so much fun, can't wait to get it on the track.
