Default AWE tuning catback exhaust

OH YEA!!!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!

I just got back from having my AWE tuning catback exhaust system installed.
They did a super job! I was able to bring back my old system in the rear trunk.
Now I have awesome sound to go with the great looks!!!

Does that system use the stock exhaust tips? Post a video if you get a chance. I'd love to hear what it sounds like!

Sorry the pics are not great. the 1600 x 1200 pixel size ment I had to crop alot of the shot.
They offered new tips, but I used the old ones.
When i get done paying for my modifications, I will invest in a good video camera.
For now take it from me it sounds great!
Oh yea, I forgot about the extra power :-)
I think this is the best single modification you can do to a car.

I think it's a bonus that you can use the stock tips, since I'm a fan of them. Good purchase!

I had my dealer install an AWE catback exhaust on my Cayman before I took delivery of the car. Love it love it love it!!!

Any drone on yours, John? There was some drone around the 2k-3k zone, but that has since disappeared. Either that or I've gone deaf!

Remus, tubi

And you have to put a AWE in the works

Love the way the Tubi sounds though.

I have put on about 350 miles since installation.
Some highway some around town.
The Spyder now:
Purrs at idle.
Growls with a little throttle.
Bellows with more gas.
Roars with it to the floor.
No drone!
On the highway tacking 2800 - 3000rpm, 65-70mph just a pleasant rumble.

My decision to buy AWE tuning was based on alot of feed back from all the people I have met at the track this past 2 years.
AWE Tuning is a sponser of NJMP, so there are bunch of guys with this system.
Also quality of materials and build (the fabrication and welds are outstanding).
I have 32 years experience in manufacturing, so that gives me insight on how things are made and this system is incredible!
Lifetime warranty.
Oh yea! 10% off for the holidays!
