Ben I think it looks great.

I almost wonder how a set of black mats might look instead of the sand beige. Hard to say since the factory carpeting is beige.

Love it, Ben. Easily takes 1 second off your lap time.

Afshin might be on to something. We can try putting my black mats in your car to see what it looks like.

Afshin - Thanks. I thought about the floor mats as as well. Possible options are:

1. black floor mats - I have seen this combo (sand beige interior, black seats and black floor mats) on a 997 and I would like to see how it looks on my car.
2. sand beige inserts - I'm still undecided as it may not be necessary.
3. black steering wheel - I think this would really look great but pricey since I would need to get the one with the paddle shifter.
4. recover seats in sand beige leather - I have ruled this out since I think it's not necessary and a huge hassle.
5. just leave it the way it is.

Please chime in if I should be thinking about other options.

Joe - It didn't take anything off my laptime. Still ran the same 2:04.x at Thunderhill on Saturday.

Good. It's going to be hard enough finding 3 seconds to hold on to you, let alone 4.

I think the seats look great the way they are. Black mats will help break it up a little, but if you do nothing else it still looks great.

If you want to spend lots of $$$$$ put a black dash in.

Leave the mats sand beige, get the alcantara lower dash and matching 4.0 steering wheel and you are set
