Default Video: Cayman at Summit Point Raceway during the NASA Hyperfest 2012

I was doing a search for caymans driving the Summit Point track and couldn't find much.

This forum could use some more cayman vids

It's 2007 track prepped cayman driving on 888s. Low laps for the weekend were 25s but most of them are 26s.

Chas911,
Nice vid

What size wheel and tires are you running front and rear? I'm thinking of ditching the staggered setup or at least upping the front tire size. My car currently has 275 rear and 245 18 fronts.

That wheel set up during that race was 245/275 as these are ITC specs. You can also run 285 or 295 on the rear which I do when running with other organizations such as PCA. The 245 front is ideal of our cars.

My car has is pushings some so hopefully it just needs a sway adj.

However a less staggered setup seems to make sense on this car?

Fritz, I don't believe the push is coming from the tire setup. Where in the corner is the push, turn in, exit? What type of suspension, springs, lsd are you running. Where are your sways set?

I guess it would be rude not to add another vid.

Hope you don't mind...

Your video is backwards! Just kidding :-) What a great track. Someday I'll get there.

Cheers.
