Default Possible to upgrade to PCCB?

Anyone know if the Porsche Ceramic brakes are available after you have taken delivery of a car as a retrofit?

New calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, master cylinder, brake booster, and who knows what else. Probably close to or more than the Mov-it system that savyboy got, which IIRC was around $25k??
