The car in WI has about the same mileage as mine had when purchased this past November. It is optioned identically with mine, sans wart. If the PPI is excellent and no stories, I personally would pay no more than $44k. Got mine for $45k that included 1 year of MFG. warranty + 2year CPO.

In service date?

Charles: Beautiful car!!! It's a late car (number 1760, I think) so a late intro date. Haven't talked with dealership yet. $42-44K seems like the right price, especially with only 7500 miles. I think the CPO is worth more than 1K, though. So maybe 43K.

Thx, Brian

I would agree $42-44k is about right. I have a small bit of knowledge on the RS60s because my friend was looking at one for sale in the bay area with the exact same specs/mileage as the one you are looking at and the one Charles bought (all about same mileage too, weird, eh?). The seller was holding firm at 46k, but my buddy held firm at 43k so the sale never happened. Now he's moved on to waiting for the 981. I'm not sure if the RS60 here ever sold or not...

If the RS60 is what you want, start at $42k. I was planning on walking unless I got mine for $44k but decided to not bicker given the car looked exactly the way it was described on the phone. Only had a short drive to get it, so given its mint shape, having all the features I was looking for, plus I was smitten with it the moment I saw it, I gave a little more for a good honest deal.

Didn't help me that there were 6 RS60's on the east coast at the time, all above $48k.

I just picked one up for right around $46000 with 3400 miles on. We would not drive enough to CPO it. Very impressive car, all red, chrono, navi, etc. Wife loves it. Told me if I take it to the track were over.

New to the forum and new to Porsche. So, piggy backing on this post. Looking at an RS60 (grey/red) w/ 30k on it. Chicago area dealer. They are asking 46k. Walk or talk?

$46K with 30k too much is my initial thought. CPO and options?

Options listed:
2 Stage Heated Front Seats
Automatic Climate Control
Sport Chrono Package
Wheel Caps w/Colored Porsche Crest
Not CPO, one owner, local trade, new rear tires, Silver w/ Carrera red interior/Black top. From other posts here, it seems high to me too....

these are RS60's from a porsche.com search just now, 3/4 are same/less money with same/less miles, but all CPO:

http://ucl.porsche.de/ucl/plsql/usa/...&pnr_=1&lnr_=7

http://ucl.porsche.de/ucl/plsql/usa/...pnr_=1&lnr_=10

http://ucl.porsche.de/ucl/plsql/usa/...&pnr_=2&lnr_=2

http://ucl.porsche.de/ucl/plsql/usa/...&pnr_=2&lnr_=4

This was one of my primary search tools leading to buying my RS60 last month.

Good Luck!!
