Cayman 987.1 S are exceptional cars. They just have oiling and bore problems. If you know that equation, you can easily use them until they are used up. Knowing your history helps point me to the R suspension (springs and shocks) for you and some wheel spacers. that should work well and you will max out your ride. Forgot about the shifter, you will need a Numeric steel shifter and cables though. I use engine braking a lot and my brakes are at 40% for the past 3 years. Sprint Booster if you feel the need for more immediate throttle modulation. I did that a few months ago because I added the Wavetrac LSD and the car just seemed sluggish out of the corners. Now it pops with my Bridgestone RE71RS. Not many cars can stay on my tail on curvy country roads now.

That's why I ordered Bridgestone RE71RS tires early so they would not get sold out. Waiting for me at my friend's shop. I will haul the wheels over there for mount and balance next week. He well recycle the RE11 tires. Cayman can rest on on the lift for a few days.
