Just last weekend, I drove my wife through the local Porsche dealership and pointed out the Cayman and the Carrera, asked her which one. She said she liked the Carrera better.

Now we haven't gotten to price tags yet, I still gotta figure how to communicate that little detail.

Back in the 80s I considered 944s to be chick cars but now they are the low buck race car for boys. IMHO I've always thought that 911 cabs were chick cars. Flaming on into the night.......

My wife does not like the Cayman back end, I think it is the best part of the car looks wise.

It's got somewhere around 98,500 miles on it right now. I keep thinking of selling it and getting a Cayman S, but I'm just not sure. I'm really sick of driving anything that requires gasoline to run, so I may wait for a fully electric car like the Tesla or something... But then again, I do like those Porsches...

I was beginning to wonder if anyone would take the bait.....

Now if there were just a pic of Vida leaning over the back of a Croc......I may have to wallpaper my garage with it!

Well I think that attempt to label the Cayman failed....

Here in Germany many consider the car too "sporting" meanind too hard suspension and too sharp responding for everyday use. This is not going to get it a "chick" car label.

However, that said, Caymen (or shoudl it be Caymans) are outselling Boxsters in several European countries. So someone likes them.

For what it's worth I was parked in the Porsche Corral at Sebring last weekend and had several folks come up to me and say that they thought the Cayman was a better looking car than the 911.

When did Yugo owners get up the scratch to buy a ticket to Sebring?
