is the operation plug and play? People on some other forums said that you need a resistor of some sort and the installation is not as straightforward. Also why did you choose the Acme-X over the XHP50.2? is it worth the price difference? thanks!

Please don't put LED bulbs in a housing designed for halogen. Even if it "looks right," or is adjusted downward, it can still send too much glare into other driver's eyes.

Do these cause any shadows on your 987? I installed their 15000LM Eye of Megatron LEDs and they’re casting shadows even after being installed correctly 9 and 3 O’clock position. Planning on returning these and giving the Acme-X’s a try.
