He contacted me later and told me he drove on the plugged tire for three days before he made it to a tire shop and it held pressure the entire time.

Amazon sells different Dynaplug kits, which mostly just vary by the size of the tool (for bike vs motorcycle vs car) and the number of plugs. I'm sure other places sell the kits too.
Funny I have the Dyna Plugs for my mountain bike. Fortunately I haven’t had to use them but it’s good to know they work.

First thing I removed from the car. It is sitting in a cabinet in the garage. Never going back in it.

So do we really know if this is the only time this has happened on Porsche 981's or others that have this same sealant? I'm tempted to take this out of the car and put it on the shelf in my garage.

Thoughts:

As mentioned earlier, there was a report on a 991 with the same issue: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-exploded.html and I am sure we are not the only 2 people, who had this issue.

I would not risk it, believe me it was not fun to do all the clean up.

I replaced mine with a bottle of Slime. Same stuff

If you put it in a big ziploc bag you won’t have to worry about leaks.
