Default Seepage 987.2 boxster

I am looking for a 987.2 boxster.
Here is the dealer sent to me:

Seepage is pretty common among Porsches greater than around 5 years old. Seepage simply means that engine gaskets are not dry. Over time, oil and transmission fluid slowly work through the gaskets. Seepage is not the same as a leak, which would need to be addressed.
No oil was present after driving the car for 30 miles.

Is the dealer being honest? What's are the potential risks/cost of repair in the future?

Well, this IS true:

"Seepage simply means that engine gaskets are not dry. Over time, oil and transmission fluid slowly work through the gaskets. Seepage is not the same as a leak,..."

Sounds legit to me. The bottom of my engine is not always dry, even on a 2014.

The overall condition is very good except the seepage. Is this a redflag?

It's definitely not a red flag, but any used car has the potential to have seepage and collect dirt. If that's something that bothers you, you'll have to look for a car with low mileage.

That's pretty good for a car that's no less than 7 years old. I'd continue to look into it if I were you.

A very slight seepage is normal on these cars according to my mechanic. My Spyder has a very small area that has slight seepage, it’s never wet but it has dirt around it which means it was damp enough to accumulate dirt at some point. I’m at 17k miles for reference.

I wouldn’t be worried bout this at all.

For what it's worth, my 07 Cayman with 56k miles has some "seepage" - bottom of engine is a bit oily but not so much that it drips on the floor - just collects some extra dirt. It was that way when I bought it 5 years ago and it has not gotten worse. It's never bothered me.
