Blackstone Labs Oil Analysis
I sent off an oil sample when I did the oil change 10 days ago on my new to me 987.2 Cayman base with 23,000 miles. They called it a perfect report!
I was concerned because it had been almost 20 months since the last oil change but only 3000 miles. I noted this on the ticket I sent with the sample. Interestingly in the comments Blackstone said "Leaving good quality oil in place like that won't hurt a thing in a modern engine. In the old days, engines weren't sealed as well against outside contamination, but today it's not a concern"

I also use Blackstone Labs. Go on their website and order the free test kits. I buy 6 test in "bulk". Cost just about $20 each this way. Then I ship UPS because it gets there in 1 day from Chicago. Results e-mailed in about 5 days.

You can get these on sale for about $12.50. This kit includes TBN. BS charges extra, or they did.

I'd call it an incomplete report. This report is telling you what has happened to your engine. It's not telling you the current quality of lube and some important parameters that should be considered is acid and base levels, specific oxidation numbers and status of remaining anti-oxidants, level of nitration etc.
What you know is that your engine isn't showing signs of damage yet - so it's reactive analysis. Proactive analysis would give you the condition of your lube with respect to the key organics, not just the wear metals present.
Not denigrating the report, just mentioning that isn't the whole story.

You should try using OAI.

There is also Dyson. I've never used them. They are suppose to be a notch above Blackstone and OAI.

My car has consistently used a good amount of oil over the last 28k miles that I have owned it. I believe I have about 12 qt sump, so my actual wear numbers may be diluted by 25 percent. I guess that would make my alum about 9, iron 7.5 and copper 4. I would still be happy with those numbers. However, about 25 percent of the previous oil remains in the sump during an oil change, so adding 3 quarts actually makes the UOA numbers representative of how much wear metal has been produced over the OCI. Mostly I am looking at the trend for my vehicle. Three UOAs ago I got 28ppm of alum and I also added 3 qts of oil for that one.

After lurking for a while, this post made me sign up as my UOA on my Ford is a good data point. I Pulled a sample just to check after just under 4 years on the oil. The previous oil change was 9/21/2013 and this oil change was done 7/1/2017 with 53,350 on the clock. The truck obviously sits a lot and is not driven in the winter. When I do get it out, it's for longer drives (Generally more than 50 miles round trip) so it gets fully warmed up. I was worried about going this long, but it doesn't appear to be a problem per Blackstone.
