Has anyone figured out how to get more HP

2007 boxster s 3.4L MODS so far
I installed the GT3 throttlebody 82mm vs 74mm stock.
BMC freeflow air filter.
FAB SPEED MAXFLO cat back ss exhaust.
IPD 84mm plenum
Softronic reflash and dyno tune and tune tweek by softronic while on dyno.
Together they make a large differance in the way the car pulls and revs out.
Nice bump in HP and driving excitement is two thumbs up!!
Thats a 2005 SLK55AMG in the rearview mirror with me pulling away!
IPD plenum
FABSPEED cat back exhaust nice quality parts and clamps.
Stock on left IPD on right

We made some changes back in January to our 981 maxflo exhaust that picked up big time torque....around 40 ft.lbs to the wheels at 3500rpm and no less than 15 ft lbs to the wheels from about 2600 all the way to 5000. Peak hp was up about 10 to the wheels , but up a good 25 to the wheels in the mid range tapering down to 10.

Folks,
I need 10 more days.
I got overly frustrated of beating my chest, telling people that someone like us can deliver the Cayman they have always wanted. Well...by late May you will be able to buy this car if you like black 981 Caymans with suede bits and 6-piston 991 calipers, rotors and pads up front. Oh yeah...I almost forgot about the 991 engine transplant.
As for what's available for the 3.4L 9A1 engines, the architecture of the engine in the 981 and the 987.2 is similar enough that ALL of our bolt-ons will work. I have dyno results from the Grand-Am development. Rough numbers as follows in the form or rwhp:
1. ECU Flash - Anywhere from 10hp to 25hp at the tires depending on when you do it. Our ECU flashes are based on all the development items we produced so when you flash the car first, you get 10hp gains. When you remove the tune from the car with all of the bolt-ons, once it's been on track, the decrease in HP is staggering. I am known for calling BS at anyone who claims more than 10rwhp from a flash but having spent 4 years with these DFI cars on the dyno nearly 50 times while racing them, I have seen it myself and I am convinced.
2. Intake - Depending on how far you go and whether or not you include the Carrera S 82mm throttle body, this can be 10rwhp and in some parts of the rev range more than that. You need to upgrade to a 3.5" tube that creates cold, sealed, fresh air.
3. RPM - We have spun these cars to 8K RPM and if you want to go faster, raise the RPM. Porsche took it upon themself to raise all DFI RPMS from 7300 to 7500 and the new 991 spins to 7800. The engines are pretty similar to the 2009 - 2012 engines so it's just a decision made by them.
4. Headers - You will NOT get torque from anything but headers, ECU flashing and displacement.
5. Pulleys - We designed a DFI pulley kit that works on all 3.4L, 3.6L and 3.8L DFI engines. Pulleys on cars that have A/C delete are worth 5rwhp.
6. Exhaust - This is something that can be done wrong a lot. You need something that balances the flow to make good power.
7. IPDs plenums have received tons of great reviews. I definitely would not ever purchase one WITHOUT the throttle body. To be honest, the throttle body is probably the single best investment.
Everything I listed will bolt onto your car, won't hurt your car and can be removed for reversion back to stock. Good luck!
