Clear corners- Suncoast will send them quickly

Usually the first "mod" many do. (I'm currently waiting to go from V170 to V200- awaiting the news from my dealer...)

Question :
Does deviated stitiching include the steering wheel?
I had assumed it did but realized it doesn't specify in the configutator. I opted for the leather steering wheel

Every photo I have seen has the steering wheel matching color, not deviated color.

I'm pretty sure the GT4 has deviated stitching on the steering wheel and also the manual shifter boot, when specifying silver, red, or yellow stitched interior. Looks like the spyder doesn't come with that option. Just the dash/seats and door panels.

Pk man is right. The gt4 pics show the deviated stitiching in the gt4 forum. That's where I noticed it.
Would really like deviated stitiching on the wheel

Just informed by my SA that my order has been pushed back and now I have a December Delivery. Something to do with orders being backed up at the factory? I guess that's two months that I won't I have to pay for a parking spot. Silver linings.

Do you know If this applies to all Spyder orders. I would LOVE for my order to be delayed two months so I could get car in april and a European delivery could finally happen

The only dealership that I sort of trust was one that was corporate owned here NYC: BMW Manhattan. Every other dealership I have to qualify that we are talking about a "car dealer" so whatever is said I just take it at face value with a grain of salt. I would call your SA and see what he says. I'd like to know if others heard similar things or just me. I don't need a car so this actually helps give me more time to get ready for the car, maybe I'll be able to pay all cash by then?!

Should I try to add LWBS? Any tall people 6'3" or 6'2" have a chance to sit in them?

Well, my SA just emailed me this: "Good afternoon, hope all is well. No worries at all .... you are not making anything hard to work at our end. You have been a pleasure to work with. I have updated boss that we need to make a few changes on your build. He said we will do it soon. He checked on the freeze time and date and told me that we have less than a week to finalize everything because once Porsche knows that it is a sold unit, they move sold unit production ahead of their routine production units. Looks like Sept. 6th is the new cut off / freeze date now.

You have a nice day and I look forward to speaking with you soon."

My delivery date has always been December, but my freeze date was originally Sept. 21. And fwiw, I've only changed my build once -- adding leather interior with leather steering wheel and gear lever. Not sure if that helps anyone, it's just info. Thanks MUCH for the pics all -- it sure helps with the build decision-making process!

There have been some discussion on the headlight cleaning system that is part of PDLS. I inquired of Porsche Exclusive if PDLS could be delivered without the headlight cleaning system. The response was no. Will most likely delete PDSL, still have great lights. In all the years with the 993 have never used the headlight cleaning system.

Yeah, I've yet to use them at all on the boxster.
We still get xenon, so it's all good.
