I have configured this about a hundred ways but getting close on this....
Has anyone seen this colour combination? Pictures? Thoughts as to how it would look?

I can get this right up to $110K if i start adding in NAVI etc.....
One other thing I think would look good is deviating carpet from standard in Agate Grey. The carpet in the boxster runs almost right up to the rollbar behind the seats and I think it would make a nice contrast. Not listed in the configurator, but I think it should be available....they do make an agate grey carpet set.

Plan on storing this one most of the winter- November to March.
Should be over 100 degrees here today though!!
This will be euro delivery for spring next year, my wife gets the trip, I get the car!!

Thank you Z356 :-)
My mystery is solved and that Boxster S that I saw and liked has the deviated carpet

I was going to order a new Boxster, and my build also had the Sport Design steering wheel because I preferred the way it looked. Ended up buying a new Cayman from my dealers inventory that was close enough for me to not have to wait 3~4 months for a build. My new Cayman has the Multi-Function wheel and I love it. The functionality is fantastic and I am way past the cosmetic differences of the two wheels. Highly recommend the MF wheel, like a lot of options, once you have it you never want to be without it.

Very nice build. We ordered a CS and gave some strong consideration to anthracite brown...its a very cool color. However, we struggled trying to decide what interior would work other than espresso, which I thought would look best with the anthracite brown (my wife wasn't sure about it), and neither of us liked luxor. The only color combinations we saw with Anthracite were luxor or espresso. There were no anthracite brown & agate/pebble cars available to see in person. The Agate will definitely work as it has some brownish undertone to it and pebble is so neutral it will probably work with it also. In the end we went dark blue metallic with a leather interior in agate/pebble.
Over all it sounds like a really great order for car. The only other thing I would suggest you consider, especially with a Boxster S, is white gauges. A few 981 BS owner clued me in that in bright sunlight the light gray color RPM gauge with white numbers gets so washed out that they can't read any of the numbers or markings on it (as the white and light gray blend together in bright sunlight). Not sure why Porsche didn't just keep the RPM gauge black like on base models or give the S models white gauges. So anyway, based on their advice I added white gauges to my order.
Good luck with your order. Hope to see photos when it arrives.

choeglund, do you know what happened to this car? I bought one just like it, and I'm thinking there likely isn't more than a couple with this configuration. I'm hopeful I have your old car and that you'd be able to tell me a little about it.
