Hey Vartech - I've been following your posts in the forums for a while now, and am only just now starting to go down this rabbit hole myself. I've got the 718 headunit for my 2015 BGTS, but still trying to figure out the best way to deal with the audio (Bose with most25; needing to get to most125), and possibly add in some OEM cameras while I'm at it.
How did you finally work out the audio - new amp, or the NAV-TV option?
For the cameras, did you ever get your OEMs working with the 718 PCM4 headunit? Were your OEM cameras for a 718?

I used nav zen for optical interface to a match up 10 amp and changed to audison ap speakers. I was told you would have to get a new Bose amp component protection codes and not sure how to do that. As far as the backup camera. I tried oem and after market and could not get it to work. So I put that at the back burner for now. Note you will lose maps in cluster and previous calls in cluster. I added a 718 clock spring with switches and now I have voice command. I am using a 718 GT steering wheel so it useful.

i also ordered stage 3 sound setup from musicar northwest for pcm3.1
basically to make it work for the sound i only need to change most25 dsp that i ordered and request to use most150 dsp correct?

Bumped this back. I installed PCM 4 in my 991.1 GT3 RS, which shares a lot of the same hardware/ software.
I have the same question mark where I believe the GT3 RS logo is. In engineering mode, under Kombiinstrument, does anyone know where to code this option back?

Going to be starting this project soon, placed my order for my harness from TestDriveScotland, now I just need to find a PIWIS to use in the USA. Anyone in the northeast have one for rent or that I could pay to use?
