@981SPcar first time at Palmer? October? Respect the tires needing to warm up.. Palmer runoff... is a wall almost everywhere Just easy with gas in some of the corners on the way out; be mindful, I was there in August and in the cold, first one or two laps the tires are NOT grippy! (of course, depends on what you you have for rubber too - just be mindful!)
Went to a car show called “Cars in the Canyon” in Chino CA.
That looks like a car that a local PCA member recently sold. Beautiful car, was just telling GF at yesterday's PCA event I would have bought it if it had 6MT.
Installed some homemade 70th anniversary graphics to the mirrors for a local PCA event. I bought and took delivery of this car on the 70th anniversary date so I make a big deal of it sometimes.
Went to a C&C this morning and my Cayman was a big hit! Stole eyes away from cars worth 5 or 6 times as much because of the color (people were amazed to find out it was a wrap; most thought it was PTS):
I added a new track outline to the back window; the one on the right: Thunderhill 5 mile configuration. I was there yesterday with Hooked On Driving. I've driven this track configuration before, but not with the Cayman.
I washed Friday's fun and tire streaks off the car, measured brake pad thickness and tire tread depth, inspected the wheels, and cleaned the clag out of the barrels.
