981 Base or S/Manual or PDK?

After watching tons of youtube PDK vs Manual video's, I am certain I want a manual. Even though PDK is quicker, I want to still feel more part of the driving experience and I don't track. Yet.
I found one today and looks like I am getting it. 2014 S one-owner w/ 30k miles, manual, PSE, Sport+, sport exhaust, ventilated seats and sweet wheels. $47k.
