Joke aside, I'm glad you made it. Not that happy about lack of pictures though. Whats with that?

turbo vs v8 is a no-win situation for an outlaw car.
but if I could race 1..... 1 guy.... 1 car.... the one I want to race is Raj....
honest to goodness, no holds barred desert 2 mile-er on a chilly winter's evening.
camera's rolling.... FOX SPORTS.... everything.
you might think I want to slay a dragon.
I'll keep the pedal down....
but it's hardly a stretch to want for the 3.0 Turbo (the car Porsche should have kept building) to win.

amber lamps - you must have missed (lucky you) the last 5+? years of odurandinas incredibly annoying / tiresome drawn out rants ****ting on 944s and the awful motors they came with from the factory and how it all can be sorted with the miracle that is a chevy V8. Let us have this moment, its great. kthxbye.

Looks slow. Like it would trap around 110. When you hit 130, come talk to me.
Butt dyno is very deceiving, traps speeds never lie....
Roasting this guy for all the crap he's spewed would need all the fire on the west coast.

Well once Sid's done with him he can line up against my POS Dodge neon. Seems my Neon makes more power at the wheels from 2.4L than this LS7

Now, imagine allowing him a parking spot in your driveway, permission to crash with the cats on your front porch, and the password to your internet. Now imagine that hell you've been living with cranked to 11 and you will know the hell I've been living the last several months.
Actually having Allen's car to work on was incredibly therapeutic for me. I got my 5th pacemaker just 8 weeks ago so having his car to work on was a huge blessing for me. I was rebuilding his CV joints, rebuilding his calipers, installing swaybars and shocks, pressing in new rear wheel bearings, installing a suicide starter switch, and upgrading the brake pedal return spring all for the fun of it while I should have been on Norco and recuperating..
Ya, he did pay me and that money bought me a new bathroom sink, countertop, cabinet (yes, I even made the drawers and door fronts myself), faucet, backsplash, mirror, floor tile and baseboards (yes, I really did do all the work myself)....but really getting to do the work on the car was it's own reward.
So ya, razz him all ya want. It's a bitchin' car....you can't take that away from him.

I would think an LS7 would make more power. Maybe a supercharger or turbo could help. Just saying my 2.5 turbo has 300 RWHP. An LS7 should be making 800 RWHP after apending that much time and money on the project. With just 400 or even 500 out of the LS7 the $ could have been spent on the 968 turbo 16V engine and had more power. I'm just speaking the truth. Do the math for pricing out the parts vs power gained. If I had a V8 Chevy engine in a Porsche and talked smack that it was better, I would make sure it was by adding a turbo or supercharger. I bet my 2.5 turbo would give that N/A LS7 a run for its money. If I can keep up with a modified 87 t-type Buick Regal I'm sure I can keep up with a N/A LS7.

The stock 968 fuel pump does not put out enough fuel for the engine's appetite above 4,000 RPM.
When the car comes back from Phoenix in a few weeks we will tackle the install of the Bosch 044 fuel pump.

So it will have 450hp then? Show the dyno after the fuel pump install. I'm suprized the fuel pump wasn't swapped out before doing a dyno run. If we use a 044 on a slightly modded 2.5L turbo I would definitely think a LS7 would have an 044, that or better right from the start. I got my 044 for $120 on eBay and have no problems with it. So I don't see the cost being to much if you look around. Get that fuel pump in and let's see what it does.

I bet my last ******** that Harpo and Groucho are going to blow this unblowable engine soon.
