The 914 rubber guy has similar plaid material available. Not crazy vw rabbit gti patterns but very subtle like your link.
I really want old school basket weave on the dash trim for nostalgic reasons.

Those are so rare.
That is the Multicloth interior in classic grey. Either code FB for full or CT for partial seats in that material. Of the 4,242 North American 968s one 1 had that interior, It was a red cab, #2 in the cab production run.
Now, with all cloth interior 968s cloth seat inserts were standard. Full cloth seat tops and backs was optional. But if you got option 526 you could extend the cloth to the door panels (cards) like on the example for sale.
So, not only is it rare it is optional as well.
