Thanks for all the comments! I am struggling to make a decision to sell it for sure I tend to agree with BikePilot on keeping it for DE's and AutoX, but recent events have cash speaking louder than desire. All PM's and emails returned. The 997 C4S will autocross as well

The car is clean. I would rate the interior a 9.5 out of 10. The only flaw being the shifter **** has a hole worn in it and some mild driver side seat bolster issues. I haven't seen many porsches this age with an interior that looks almost new. When it arrive to me from Trevor, I was pleasantly surprised at the interior.
Engine bay. A little dusty from sitting in the parking garage, but clean as well.
I will get some pics up over the weekend. Right now, she's a little dusty from sitting in the garage of my loft. Covered, but dusty...
