There is somebody who has this steering wheel for sale.....what do you think it is worth?

It came out of 1997 911, I believe it will worth in the 968....

Must control my purchases.....

Maybe if they would have put Alcantara on the entire wheel, instead of the two tone scheme they got going on, but even then, is there anything else that is Alcantara in your interior? If so, I think it can look pretty sweet, otherwise it might look out of place

I made the same decision when looking at the sparco DTM rs seats. I was at speedware, saw them, sat in them, went back to my car realized these look more in place in a gt3 then these cars, well unless that is your car is gutted. Ended up getting a CS steering wheel and couldnt be happier. It amazes me how thick it is. its twice the width of my AMG steering wheel. I would still love me some seats maybe recaro PP to keep it period correct.

Thanks for the info....I guess this is why you don't buy things you want right away....I do love the steering wheel but it would be out of place in my car.

And the guy wanted $800.....ummmmmm......no.

I believe this is from a 996 GT3 (RS), as it comes in either red or blue stitching.

If $800 with airbag, that's a solid deal. If only the wheel, it doesn't cost much more new I believe (but Porsche has raised the price over last couple of years).

^ Correct, if it comes with airbag then good deal. But if you don't have any other alcantara, it'll look akward.

I ended up buying it....got it for $550. It's such a nice wheel!
