Only 6 North american coupes (out of 2,234) and 1 cab (out of 2,008) had this option. Very rare. If you ever see it. it looks really nice in Grey IMHO.
The only Plaid I've seen is in the 1988 special edition 944's. I've seen nice examples of both the burgandy (Turbo S) and grey (Celebration) plaid. I have however seen neither in sport-seat form, I don't know if that was available.

Interestingly, in the 944 the pattern is rotated 45 degrees. And for both colors it covers the entire seat; bolsters and insert.

At least one 1989 Speedster came with Plaid sport seats - they were cool. Those were also full cloth.

Seen the burgandy and grey versions, was't there also a blue or green one?

So how many 968's had cloth (script or plaid) and sport seats?

Take care!
