Default WTB Wood Gear Shift ****

Would take either Black or Cashmere Beige. Must be in excellent condition.

This is a tall order.

XC8 light rootwood 6spd shift ****: 13 coupes, 25 cabs
XC9 dark rootwood 6spd shift ****: 37 coupes, 34 cabs

That said, I have one but it has a crack.

They do feel great. I had one in my old cab (added, not factory) and you have to get the wood e-brake handle too!!!

How so? I find that wood in modern automobiles, with few exceptions, is finished with so much urethane (or whatever it is, not sure really), it is as cold, glossy, and smooth as plastic, and thus feels exactly like plastic. Unless of course it begins to crack. My Land Cruiser has a partially wood rimmed wheel and I hate it for just that reason.

Also, looking at your dashboard...do cabs not have heated rear windows?

The wood might be covered with an acrylic with is much softer and has more "grip", but there are also many different kinds of urethanes with various levels of grip.

And no, cabs do not have heated rear windows.

Just the shape of the wood, it has a good feeling in the hand IMHO.
