I Don't like the interior color but I think the car looks worth $36K

Nice car and with that mileage probably well worth it.

From what the gents over on 968Forum.com said a while ago he was asking $40,000 for it. Nice car but the color combo is kind of off the charts. The mileage is fantastically low at 3,600 miles. I would think all rubber bits will have to be replaced due to age and dry rot. The costs do start to add up beyond the $36,000.

Cheers,
Larry

We've been talking about the car here for a while now:

The car is being sold by Road Scholars. I've met one of the owners. He's a good guy, and their shop recently restored a 356 Grmund Coupe that won the concours at Pebble Beach, or something to that affect. They have a very good reputation with the local PCA, but unless you have your own museum, I don't see the point to this car. To each his own, though.

Agreed and they do have some true museum finds! I really liked the Amazon green 964 C2 with under 100 miles, a late 928 GTS with delivery mileage this 968 is really interesting! Really cool cars.

He sold his car (same color as the OP car) to a 968 fan in RI who is working on it. Neat machine and #8 of the 2,234 NA coupes.
