The issue of "Excellence that landed in my mailbox yesterday had a small-font line of text at the bottom of the front cover: "1992 968 Obsession With A Very Unusual Cabriolet." As the new owner of a '92 968 cab, I was subsequently pleased to find Mr. Coe's well-known car nicely chronicled starting on page 73. Worth checking out for 968 cognoscenti, and big props to the car's owner and major forum contributer. The buyer's guide that accompanied the issue had some nice thing to say about 968's as well. If this is redundant info or already widely known here, my apologies for clogging up the already-clogged www.

Well, mint is of course a smidge less impressive than coral red, but Excellence can't be expected to know everything.
Side note: I took a friend for a drive a couple of nights ago, and she had been a bit "whatever" about my purchase. Took her about a mile and a half to say, "This car is awesome."

I will second, third, fourth... the congrats to "Minty" & Jeff. Great to see any 968 Cab get this much attention. I thought the Buyers Guide comments interesting - as I would appear that the 968 cabs are now worth More that early Boxsters. Rarity counts ... and in my book - better looks helps as well. My wife and I are still amazed at how often the heads turn for our "Bluebell" as she roles around town Topless in the summer sun.
