Default 968 - Source for Parts

Hi, I'm a new 968 owner. I'm hopeful some of you could post up your favorite parts houses for this model. I've got a few maintenance items to take care of.

Regards,
Bill

Thanks guys! That's exactly what I was looking for. I just picked up my car on Friday. They sure are nice! I've got a timing belt change and a few other items on my list. I'm hoping it is easier to work on than my son's 951. It certainly can't be any worse!

What is the name of the HUGE warehouse in NC? They deal a lot in used parts/accessories. The name is escaping me.

Another vote for Paragon. Jason is amazing to work with and owns one of the original 4 968 Turbo RS's!

Sydney, you really gotta cool off with this shilling. You can either play nice here or act like an ahole. Your choice.
BTW, your post has been reported. He is a banned vendor and no shilling for a banned vendor will be tolerated.

oh and start "playing nice?" ive been here 4 years and ive never had an issue before... we've talked about RSBarn before in the open and its never been an issue... so instead of sending me an informative PM, you report my post like im some kind of newbie troll? i think you need to calm down...

oh and before this gets too far out of control, lets start a new thread. this isn't the place for the discussion that you've started...

Say, you never mentioned where you are from by the way.
I live out in California and Pelican parts/ Autohausaz are my favorite because they have wearhouses nearby so I get parts almost next day. Great for when you are in a bind for time. Best thing to do is figure out which one is the closest to you so if you need parts ASAP you can get them quickly.

Lord_Galva, I'm in the Kansas City area, Shawnee, KS to be exact. I bought the car referenced in the "968 for sale in KC" thread. I'm a half owner (with my son) of a 944. He also has a 951 and I own the 968. I'm the mechanic for all of them.

I've currently got some work to do on the car to put it back in tip-top shape. They certainly are head turners - you know like, what is that!
