Some highway miles
I drove 430+ miles from NJ Tpk Exit 5 to Sea Dog Brewery in S Portland, ME in about 6 hours on a single tank of gas. Ok, not quite, I wussed out at about 410 miles when I got to a service area, but I did the math, I could have made it, and then some. I also cracked the 150,000 mile mark on the Tappanzee Bridge. These cars just purr along the freeways. And the cigarette plugs aren't deep enough to keep the GPS plug in on the bumpy stretch of roadway north of the Tappanzee. And to the gentleman in the white 951 that passed me on the NJ Tpk, howdy to you, too!

Settled the suspension after replacing the spring plate bushings and torsion bar carrier support bearings. Took a few days to get the intertwined suspension settings back to my preference.
Time well spent.
Thank you, Mr Moreland.

Cruisin'
Last week I bought a new set of high performance all season tires, and washed it. I might go find some twisty back road and take a cruise in it this weekend.

got her from a dealer in Texas, so will be on a carrier next week. I was going to drive her home, but PPI I had done, believe the TB to be factory original, TB hasn't failed, but that's time-bomb.
First order of business with be TB/WP replacement... Other than TB, the PPI found it mechanically and cosmetically in excellent condition.
I'm pretty damn excited to get her home
