Ha! You made me laugh in what has other wise been a not so fun of a day!

Just been very hectic lately it seems.

I did take a few yesterday with my cell phone after I put my Kinesis K28R wheels on the driver's side to see how they'd look. I was planning on asking everyone how they thought it looked. Let me send them from my phone to my pc & I'll upload some of them.

ok, I assume that a 968's suspension has to settle after being jacked up like a 928s?? Think the front 255s would be an ok fit. But the rears' are 295s and I'd have to add spacers to get the proper inside clearance, and I believe they might stick out too much then. Anyways, was working on my 928 & my son was over, he's the one who suggested trying the Kinesis wheels on the 968 since they are sitting in the garage currently.

Ultimately will probably get some kind of a black wheel with yellow trim for it.

Yes, the suspension will lower after driving some. Nice. What's the rear wheel width and offset?

The rears are 11", fronts are 9", can't remember the offsets. They were custom ordered for a 928 by one of the "Big Three 928 Suppliers" for one of their cars & I bought them used. They are the wheels you can see on my blue '85 928 in my avatar, so that shows how wide the rears are. I'm afraid they'd be too big or not look right on the 968 but I had to at least see the look of them on it.

And I had to flair the rear fenders on my 928 for the rears to fit, something I wouldn't want to do to my 968.
