You can get a 986 about anywhere with individual numbers, then rearrange. That's what I did.

Although rare, there was a rear emblem delete option on the 968. Option code 498. Maybe you have one of those. PM me with the last 3 digits of the VIN and I can check it for you if you like.

Thanks Ernie just ordered. I still had the 968 glue marks from the old one being there so I just had to replace.

I like the "968" delete option. Keep them guessing?

BTW, if you're looking for something a bit different or unique, Eric at Bumperplugs can paint the rear emblems in any color/finish you like.

I've seen it a few times and depending on the color, it can look very nice.

I...I don't think ANYBODY joined the 21st century before the 2000s...

Has anybody ever made a chrome 968 badge? I can't remember ever seeing one...

i was hoping to get a chuckle or two out of my little oxy....

it appears no silver 968 badges were made. but they should have. they finally figured it out with the 996.

chromium when presented on small pieces over white creates a "dull silver over white" mosaic that works well.

Since the badges are metal, it wouldn't be hard to polish them to a mirror like finish. This should be easy to do. Just polish them and then spray with clear coat.
