shifter booth and shifter ****
Hi guys, I need to change those 2 things, **** and booth.
I was searching on the forum to see if I need to get the whole console out, or is there a trick to get the booth off with out removing the console.
and also, where can I buy a leather booth? Do I need to make it custom if I want to put an after market shift ****?

The shifter boot and **** are usually one piece covered in leather but PCNA did offer wood shift *****. Many owners will do the **** with an aftermarket piece and the boot in leather. There are many on eBay.

i can help.... after hemming my 968 shift boot on to my 997 **** (perfect fit), i simply polished it with 303
protectant.
the important thing is to cut the stock shift boot off with a razor right at the base of the ****
