I have a set of front seats out of my old 968 I want to get rid of, besides the drivers side needing the bolster replaced they are in great condition, What are they worth these days.

Scott, there are a few vaiables.

1) Color
2) Which style, they had two, one from 92-94.5, one from 94.5 to 95 (often referred to as the 993 style seat)
3) Any seat options? You can have 4 way seats (standard), full power (8 way), lumbar support, heat, and most popular, sport seats.
4) There are also a variety of materials, leather and cloth.

I have a feeling these are black partial leather, late model 968 seats because that's what the rest of the interior was. Scott are they basic 4-way power or 8-way power? I'd prefer the most basic ones possible actually...

+1. Give me the lightest seats out there. I don't think additional features besides sports seats adds much to the value of seats. The most important part is their condition.

While we are on the topic, what do you guys think a full leather, 4 way power, heated, set of 25k mile sport seats is worth? (early 911/944 style) They have one imperfection (tear/cut) on the rear section of the passenger seat. Planning on having it repaired/restitched regardless if I keep or sell.

I love them and they are in amazing condition, just heavy. I want leather PP's.

I'm not answering your question Sam because I think you should keep them.

Stop posting photos of your cars with Clubsport steering wheels, you're making me jealous!

Hey I know lumbar support was an option on the power seats, did the sport seats have any kind of lumbar support (adjustable, non adjustable), or were they just built for people whose spines don't curve much?

You could have got them for free when you bought the car, but I need help to put fuel in the E55 these days so I need the cash LOL I was hoping that someone local would pick them up, they have got to be worth $400 - $450 dont they,

On another note Sean and I still have a bunch of 944s2 and 968 parts that we are getting ready to let go of, Including a couple of 3.0 ltr cranks

Sport with lumbar wasn't normal option but I have seen one 951 with such seats including heat. At the time it didn't seem so odd but they are extremely rare and must have been Exclusive department option.
