Default FS: 1994 968

I am selling my baby.

Guards Red coupe, 82k, near perfect condition, everything works. Brand new battery, brand new tires, and brand new Koni's all around (all installed less than 500 miles ago). LSD and 17" wheels. All records since 20k miles, I am the second owner. I purchased the car from Schneider and Nelson in NJ 10 years ago. Always garaged. 100% stock except for chip (original in glovebox), and B&B catback exhaust. Car needs nothing except a new owner. $12,000/make an offer.

Car can be seen in Rumson, NJ. For pics check the classifieds on Saturday. I want to take some fresh ones...

If you guys have any good ideas about where else to list this car, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Its too good for Craigslist.

Sorry for double-posting, but what is the difference between this "968" rennlist forum and the one that appears under "water cooled 924/44/68"?

Steve, good luck on your sale. It is perfectly ok to post on both forums.
One is general waterpumper board and the other is specific to 968's, that's all.
Regards.

A few questions: 6-speed? Pinion bearing? Interior color? What kind of 17" wheels?

Many thanks.

Transmission is 6-speed. Pinion bearing has not been an issue; if addressed, then by previous owner. The wheels are optional factory 17".

Build date is 11/1993. Is this significant for any reason?

yes, you have the later 993 style seats and no engine compartment trim, your b-pillars have matching color paint, your 17"s are the cup2 design, could you PM me with the last three digits of your VIN?

I assume these are good things? I will PM you with the Vin as soon as I get home. I am driving my other car today. Steve

Good luck with the sale, sounds like a nice one...have you tried listing it on AutoTrader?

Default pics - test

Well, attached are pics. As you probably know, there's a winter storm raging in NJ so I had to take these
in the garage, thank goodness its heated. You can also see why the car is FS...I am out of space having just picked up that
1976 914.

Car is usually cleaner than this...too many projects!

I tried to take a pic of the option codes, but they're not legible in the photo. PM me if you want them.

BTW, the car was NEVER tracked....that's what the 911 is for :-)

Enjoy. Steve
