No, all the trial fees are paid, but $804 in court deposits weren't returned to me. I expect that will be overturned on appeal, as it was likely an abuse of the trial judge's discretion. The decision I posted a link to involves a collateral issue, trying to compel the trial court to approve and settle my "statement of evidence" rather than making me cough up $3,600 for a trial transcript. The appellate court here simply directed me to raise that issue in the appeal itself.
