I saw that on local Craigslist. I doubt this is the only US car in this color.

If you are really interested, Michelle, I can check it out.

Nope - I actually hate the color. I just know it's rare and has some fans

I've gone to look at that car 3 times, and test drove it. There are a few odd things with that car. It has racing brake pads, so just driving around on the street it felt like crap. The entire rear bumper is covered with a thick layer of body filler to the point where the "porsche" embossing is very undefined... and the filler is cracking all over the place. It's a tiptronic! The suspension is original and doesn't feel too awesome. The headliner is starting to sag. The alternator belt is shredded - I think it has a 5-rib alternator pulley from a 944, instead of a 6-rib, and the extra rib on the belt is shredding off? And the kicker..... The variocam tensioner is making a loud click/rattle right at 1500rpm when it engaged. Probably the solenoid.

If it were a dream car, I'd scrounge up the money and squeeze a 3rd into my driveway, but with those problems and the already tight $ituation, I think it wiser to pass.
