They are stock Recaro SPG's that are covered in leather. I have a set as well but have not installed it. I will get it recovered in matching interior color and then install it.
I am not too crazy about what he did with his speedline wheels.

To see a genuine Turbo S for sale, I have to say WOW
But why does it have rubbing strips?
A replica RS sold in Australia last year for a similar price, it has been restored since:

I know David Raines who owns Powerhaus. Those guys have turned out some incredible products on both the 951 and 968 platforms. But those engines can only handle so much. Joe C from Vegas gave me a ride in his '86 Powerhaus built 951, it was a lot of fun going down the 101 here in N Scottsdale until I looked at the speedo.... Damn good thing it had stock leather and all wiped up well (152 between off ramps in traffic @ 4:00 PM and no sense of the speed, awesome ride and honestly freakin unbelievable). I've heard it's blown since then as Joe loves taking Franklins from M5 etc. owners. No Dis on Joe at all (in fact I spent $500 bucks for tickets when he was auctioning it for charity). That being said, squeezing 500 ponies out of a 4 cyl (even the best IM(NS) HO 4 cyl ever made) a huge strain on that powerplant.
That's a ton of heat and pressure for those engines (I REALLY want to build/own a 968 Turbo RS....).The original 4 (really hate to say ONLY) had the following:
Factory Specifications
Bore 104 mm
Stroke 88 mm
Valves 8v (2 / Cylinder)
Horsepower 337 @ 5400 (ADAC GT) 350 @ 5400 (Le Mans)
Torque 369 lb ft (500 nm) @ 3000
Fuel 98 Octane
Wheels (F) 10J x 18"
Wheels (R) 11J x 18"
Tires (F) 265/630 slicks
Tires (R) 305/650 slicks
Transmission 6 Speed rear differential
Weight 2976 lbs (1350 kg)
Rollcage Matter
0-100 (62mph) 4.4 seconds
Base price 228,000 dm (conversion at the time was approx 1.7 DM/$ so that equals about $134,000...)
