It basically comes down to cost when choosing aftermarket vs 951 parts. Really the only thing about aftermarket rods that's better than 951 rods is the mass as far as we're concerned.

Raj, I didn't look at Carillos as the decision was really aftermarket or 951 rods, I will certainly include Carillo if I go aftermarket thank you.
At them moment though I think 951 rods will be enough, I have a lower rev limit set on the car, only plan 17-18psi and it is a street cabrio only....sounds like that is what you are saying Arash. ST has let me know he has some available.
I have my eye on a 94 968 coupe to use as a road/race car, so I think I will put the aftermarket stuff into that one as I turbo that next.
